AmpliFeeder is Complete!

It's been a long time coming, but I've put the final bits of code in place and AmpliFeeder is ready for distribution! There are some great themes installed and I hope you get a kick out of customizing your AmpliFeeder installation. Right now the only way of installing it is by manually installing all of the prerequisites and managing the install yourself. This is set to change as I am aiming to get it working perfectly with the Microsoft Web Platform Installer that should give a much more seamless and achievable install process.

The full source code for the application is not yet available as I am trying to get a few more user install and experience stories so I can confirm I've got all bugs worked out.
